Each unique top-level comment counts as 1 comment. Replies to comments also count individually when you enable the "Include Replies" option.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Is the YouTube API key required?

For the free web tool, no — we handle API access on our end. If you use the REST API on Business/Enterprise, you can optionally bring your own YouTube API key for higher quota.

Do you offer refunds?
